The Naquane National Park of Rock Engravings

UNESCO PARK OF ROCK ENGRAVINGS

The Naquane National Park of Rock Engravings is located in Capo di Ponte - which is just a 30-minute drive from our Boutique Hotel. It was the first established park in the Camonica Valley, back in 1955.

“the rocks are recognised to be one of the most complex rock drawings in europe.”

You can catch a glimpse of over 104 engraved rocks with the rock art chronology best representing the Iron Age, a historical part of the culture of Corteno Golgi. There are information panels to guide you through the 5 easy-walk routes in the park. If you wanted to venture through the entire park, it’ll take you around four hours. You can find plenty of information regarding Admissions and Opening Times on their website. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wanted to plan a trip to this unique park.
