Located just an hour and a half away from our Award-Winning Hotel is the first organic winery in Franciacorta. Since 1998 they’ve been committed to producing healthy, happy grapes that are rich with life! They offer a sensory journey through their winery, so guests can discover the unique process they’ve developed. Take a walk through the vineyard to learn all about organic viticulture and the different stages of cultivation. Explore the winery to learn the winemaking process and finish with a tasting session. You can choose from their selection of wines, each accompanied with some local produce - such as breadsticks or cold cut meats. It’s a great food and wine experience! “Created the First-Ever Franciacorta method of Sparkling Wine”
A family-run wine producer where the Franciacorta legacy began! Berlucchi created the first ever Franciacorta method of sparkling wine - making them a firm standing ambassador of the area. They aim to provide premium quality, whilst using sustainable practices - as they are now converting to organic viticulture. You can book a guided tour of their historic cellars and taste their famous wine - just ensure you book first. Ricci Curbastro
“With an agricultural and wine museum on site”
As one of the founding members of the Franciacorta Wine Consortium, Ricci Curbastro have been honoring an agricultural tradition since the 13th century. With an Agricultural and Wine Museum on site, a farm and educational activities for schools on-site - they’re widely respected in the community. It’s important to them that they pursue sustainable methods, as they produce their own electricity with solar panels - reducing their greenhouse effect. They offer a number of visiting programmes, which can be found on the Ricci Curbastro site.
