Set in June 3rd to the 6th, Amigos De Partagas is the perfect four-day event for all Habanos enthusiasts, located in the beautiful villa of Borgo Lanciano and the town of Matelica, Cuban cigar aficianados from Italy and all over the world will gather for the plethora of events that are scheduled daily. Whether you like the mildness of H. Upmanns, the strength of Partagas cigars or whether you are a jack of all trades - you will be able to meet many people who are passionate about the art of Cuban Cigars, and maybe, you may be able to join in the exciting taster sessions to discover new cigars and find your new favourite.
SPECIAL TASTING SESSIONS - The event hosts tasting sessions, allowing you to try and savour the unique flavours of different cigars. Most notably, the Extrasensorial tasting sessions offer a peculiar but unforgettable experience involving all the senses.
“A taste of Cuba”
CUBAN MUSIC - Amigos De Partagas does a great job in paying tribute to Cuba - the land with the finest tobacco plantations and the most unique culture. The XIV Edition will bring one of Cuba’s most talented singers, Haila Mompié. From the East of Cuba, Haila will sing a long to the upbeat melody of the Son Cubano and Timba genres of music - bringing that South American ambience from the shores of Cuba to Italy.
CIGAR ROLLING SCHOOL - Cigar culture is huge in Cuba, lining the streets, you will find many shops selling cigars while locals are casually puffing away on their habano. The soil, the climate and the dedication to cigars developed a refined art in Cigar-making. Thanks to Amigos De Partagas, you may be taught by the finest Torcedors from the homeland; Jose Castelar Cairo, Leopoldina Gutierrez Espinosa, Juana Ramos Guerra and Petra Yolanda Medina Gonzalez - laid across the table, you will find the tools and materials needed to expertly roll a cigar as these four professionals will teach 100 lucky participants to roll their own Cuban cigar.
